Business Partner for PVH BJ

  • Provide consultancy solutions/services to all departments for varied HR inquires

  • Responsible for staff on-boarding, organize new-joiner orientation feedback session;

  • Well conduct associate exit interview, understand the real exit reason and provide the solution.

  • Well understand retail business, support Senior HR Manager, PVH BJ to build up retail talent pool, have store management pipe line to support quick retail expansion

  • Support HR budget, LTF cost update and retail incentives scheme review.

  • Annual and monthly retail staff HC control, ensure the actual HC respect the budget

  • Initiate and conduct half year performance appraisal, annual evaluation, promotion, annual merit plan to ensure all the proposals are reasonable and feasible

  • Take initiatives to improve employee engagement

  • Manage employee relationship properly and ensure compliance

  • Other HRBP work to be assigned.

Responsible for BJ Office and Store Recruitment Process Management

  • Management and development of different recruiting channels

  • Work closely with retail operation team throughout hiring process for both CALVIN KLEIN and Tommy Hilfiger Brands

  • Manage overall recruitment process, including offline and online

  • Maintain well documented recruitment records

  • Develop and build internal and external network of recruiting sources to support recruiting activities

  • Initial, organize yearly campus recruitment activities.

Project Support

  • Organize varied staff activities, including but not limited to PVH Care annual dinner, QUM and etc.;

  • As key member on HR digitalization and workday enhancement projects;

  • As key coordinator of regional and national projects such as president club, PVH insider and say thanks.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly recruitment and HC related reports;

  • Monthly and yearly data analysis on labor cost;

  • Any ad hoc reports or data consolidation for PPT.




Experience:

  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in either recruitment/BP field, preferably in fashion apparel/FMCG industry, specialized in Recruitment/BP fields;

  • Experience on HR system and digitalization is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Influential and effective communicator

  • English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, very good skill in excel and PPT

  • Self-motivated, can work under fast pace with pressure

  • Highly responsible, and attention to details

  • Initial thinker: Always strike to innovate and excel existing practice
